An Inspiring Journey of a Role Model
The journey of Mrs Trivedi with Mrs India platform started when she applied for and then won the titles of Mrs India and Mrs Asia International World in 2017. She is now the Regional Director for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. She also won the Best Director Award on the National platform of Mrs India 2022-23.
Born and brought up in Hyderabad, Mamta did her schooling in Rosary Convent, but remained rooted in Indian culture. An ideal blend of tradition and modernity, She actively participates in and promotes festivals of Telangana and India, setting an example for the youth to take pride in our culture and traditions.
A natural multi-tasker bestowed with creativity and imagination, she balances her business commitments with her responsibilities of a home-maker and a mother. In addition to being a Director of Mrs India Telangana and Mrs India Andhra Pradesh, she is Director of Pankaj Publications, which publishes text books for commerce students.
Mrs Trivedi is Founder President of SEWA, a registered NGO, which has adopted 2 schools, including ZPHS, Balanagar, with the aim of empowering young girls. SEWA sponsors mid-day meals of all children, has installed an RO plant, distributed shoes and socks to the children, facilitated scholarship for under privileged meritorious children, donated books, conducted medical camps, workshops and various self help sessions online as well as offline.
SEWA has worked on several social causes such as suicide prevention, creating awareness about Breast Cancer, supporting specially abled children to lead a normal life, prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, fighting depression and other mental health related issues, supporting sustainable environment, personal hygiene, etc
Mrs Trivedi has used Runways to create awareness about Autism, challenges faced by girl child with potential solutions and highlighting the benefits of pochampally ikkat in support of weavers.
She supports several social causes and contributes towards creating awareness on various issues such as suicide prevention, breast cancer, fighting depression, autism, gender equality and Child safety, to name a few. Her monologue of a school girl suffering from anxiety due to academic pressure won her a standing ovation on the world platform.
A strong proponent of Handlooms, she has not only supported showrooms and exhibitions that support handlooms, but has also reached out to weavers and their families in Pochampally. She is supporting the education of children of Weavers.", add "She was invited to meet the Hon. President of India, Ms. Droupadi Murmu, for her efforts in this direction.
Mrs Trivedi featured in a Nation Wide Television Campaign across multiple TV channels such as Zee, NDTV, etc for promoting investments in the state of Telangana. She is also the Brand Ambassador of Lala Dawasaz, a 120 year old organization, and Jama Wealth, a young FinTech Start up.
Apart from the crowns won, Mrs Trivedi has been conferred with the title of “Pride of Telangana”. She is also the Goodwill Ambassador for The Akshaya Patra Foundation. She has won the TAA Virtuoso Award for Best Beauty Pageant.
Mamta Trivedi is a shining example of what clarity of vision, willingness to work towards the vision and inspiring leadership can achieve, transforming women leading a routine life into change leaders who can bring joy to the world around them. It is her vision to help married women to replicate the success she has achieved. She believes that every lady is talented and capable and all that she needs is a platform, which is what she is providing through Mrs India Telangana, Mrs India Andhra Pradesh and SEWA.
